Our company complies with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Association of Finnish Technical Traders (TK General Terms 2024), which form the basis for all our deliveries and commercial activities. Delivery time We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The exact delivery time is always confirmed in the order confirmation in accordance with TK General Terms 2024.
Delivery method Products are delivered using the agreed method of transport. Customers may influence the choice of transport method during the ordering process unless otherwise specified in TK General Terms 2024.
Prices and payment terms All prices are stated excluding VAT (0%), unless otherwise noted. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms follow the TK General Terms 2024.
Claims Any claims regarding defects or deficiencies must be submitted in writing within the time period specified in TK General Terms 2024 after receiving the product.
Returns All returns must be agreed upon in advance with our customer service. We accept returns only for products that are in their original condition, and return procedures follow the TK General Terms 2024.
