Our company complies with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Finnish Technical Trade Association (TK General 2024), which form the basis for all our deliveries and trading. These terms and conditions define, among other things, delivery times, limitations of liability, payment terms, complaint procedures and other key principles of trading.
Key points about the terms of sale:
Delivery time: We strive for the fastest possible deliveries, and the exact delivery time is always confirmed in the order confirmation in accordance with the TK General 2024 terms and conditions.
Delivery method: We deliver the products by the agreed method of transport. The customer can influence the mode of transport during the ordering process, unless otherwise specified in the TK General Terms and Conditions 2024.
Prices and payment terms: All prices are stated excluding value added tax (VAT 0%), unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are determined in accordance with the TK General 2024 terms and conditions.
Complaints: Any complaints due to errors or deficiencies must be made in writing within the time limit set out in the TK General 2024 terms and conditions from receipt of the product.
Returns: Returns must always be agreed in advance with our customer service. We only accept returns for products in their original condition, and our return policies follow the TK General Terms and Conditions 2024.
